Fredrick J. Zaffarese Leavitt
Fredrick J. Zaffarese Leavitt has been a director for Vestin Group since
November 2004. Since August of 1993 Mr. Zaffarese has been an accountant
for the United States Department of the Interior where his responsibilities
include the review and audit of various states, local and municipality
governments for compliance with federal laws and regulations as well as
preparation of financial statements for Executive Branch and Congressional
review. Additionally, Mr. Zaffarese sits on various audit committees
involving the utility industry. Mr. Zaffarese is a CPA and a graduate of
University of Nevada Las Vegas. Mr. Zaffarese is a Class I
Director whose term will expire at the 2006 annual meeting of
stockholders.
